TASK
Delivering packages to customers.
These are already pre-sorted by Amazon and prepared in large bags.
SALARY
Hourly rate of 16,20€/h gross. Additional 14€ net/working day.
Performance bonus up to 450€ gross.
EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
2 year direct employment.
probationary period: 6 months.
Workdays: Monday – Saturday.
Weekly schedule: 5–6 days.
Working hours: 8–9 hours/day.

FAQ
Do I need to know German to work as a courier?
Knowledge of the German language will certainly make it easier to start when working in Germany. However, many of our employees started work without knowledge of the language and have done very well.
Our team speaks several languages, so communication within the team also takes place in Polish or English.
When it comes to deliveries, it is enough to learn a few basic phrases such as ‘good morning, a package for you’.
Is experience in the position of courier required to start working?
No. For people without experience, we offer a 4-day paid training (2 days theory and 2 days practical), during which essential and useful things in courier work will be explained.
Does the company help with finding accommodation to start work?
Yes, we help with the rental of temporary accommodation for our employees.
Also, for those wishing to stay for a longer period of time, we help with the formalities of renting their own apartment.
Do I have to register with the insurance company myself before the cooperation starts?
No, we will take care of your health insurance registration if you do not have active insurance so far.
If you have not yet worked in Germany and do not have steuerid or other documents – we will also guide you to complete everything.
How many days am I working per week?
We work from Monday to Saturday. 5 or 6 days of work per week.
Is there a possibility of seasonal work?
Yes, in addition to long term offers we also have seasonal offers.
What are the salary and benefits offered for this position?
The hourly wage is €14.50 gross per hour. In addition, you will be paid tax-free expenses of €14 net per working day. In addition to the basic salary components, we also have a performance bonus of up to €200 gross per month and a bonus for supporting other drivers. (Rescue Bonus)
The monthly salaries of our employees are between €2000 and €2600 net in the low season and up to €3000 net in the winter season. It all depends on you how much you want to earn.
What does the recruitment process look like?
Our recruitment process is simple and short.
In most cases, recruitment process is 100% online. Of course there is also the possibility of a personal interview.
What does it look like?

If we reject your application, we will also inform you.
The number of places in our team is limited, so we are not able to accept every application.
What vehicles are used in the company?
80% of our fleet consists of Mercedes Sprinters built between 2022 and 2025 with a 360-degree camera and automatic transmission. We also drive Rivian and Stellantis vehicles.
